The new scanner NEC HS100-10, connected to the PC via USB 2.0, will be presented at the Pulse 2011 in Las Vegas this weekend and will be put on the market from next May, with the intent to initially provide companies and organizations public of the United States, Japan and other Asian areas. Prices range between 305 and 370 dollars.

NEC LifeTouch Note has nVidia Tegra second-generation dual-core ARM-processor operating at a frequency of 1.0 GHz. Netbook endowed with wireless adapter Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) and Bluetooth 2.1, 2-megapixel camera, a receiver GPS, accelerometer, digital compass and a port Mini USB. Claimed battery life on one battery charge reaches nine hours, the device weighs about 700 g.

Initially, NEC will offer two basic versions LifeTouch Note: younger get 2 GB of flash memory and will come with MicroSD-card with a similar capacity, and its price – about $ 480. And for $ 540 you can buy a model with 8 gigabytes of memory and flash card MicroSD 8 GB included.

NEC Valuestar VW970/CS is an all-in-one features pretty impressive: Intel Core for i5-460M 2.53GHz, 4 GB RAM, 1.5 TB hard drive, GeForce GT 330M video card and optical drive Blu-3D ray. The screen, which is essential for a computer that has 3D properties, is a 23-inch full HD 3D. Complete the HDMI output, two TV tuners and a pair of 3D glasses. The price is high and therefore appropriate for the characteristics: the exchange rate is around 2,400 euros.

NEC Valuestar VN790/CS is also an all-in-one design with a slightly less attractive predecessor, who was really quite straightforward, even the features are less exciting: in front of that same processor and RAM are a 1 TB drive, optical drive Blu-ray but not 3d and a 20-inch 3D screen resolution 1600 × 900, supplemented by a TV tuner and a pair of 3D glasses. The price drops: 2,043 euro change.

NEC Valuestar VL750/CS is having the best features (and the higher price of course), but this is not an all-in-one processor is an Intel 2.93GHz Core i7-870 from the RAM increased to 8 GB, the video card is a GeForce GT 330, the screen is a 23-inch full HD 120Hz 3D, and there are 3 USB 3.0 ports, eight USB 2.0 ports and an HDMI output. But some choices can not be understood broadly in line with the rest of the budget: the hard drive remains at 1 TB, while the blue-ray optical drive is not 3d. The price is around 2,670 euro change.

Although the promotional materials for NEC LaVie S is referred to as ultraslim, this model is not so thin by today’s standards: the thickness of the shell is 35 mm. In general, it is not better, not worse than the majority of mobile systems such class: DVD recorder, Ethernet 100/1000, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Windows 7 Home Premium (32 – or 64-bit) or Windows 7 Professional ( 64-bit).

As expected, this model will go on sale with the recommended value of the basic version – 1082 U.S. dollars.

Among the features of relief a LUT (Look-up table) 14-Bit 3D for precise control and emulation of the color space, a panel of 10-bit high performance, feature picture-in-picture, the sensor for ambient light and various connection options for possible future extensions, such as a programmable integrated DisplayPort, and USB interface (DisplaySync Pro).

The NEC MultiSync PA241W is already commercially available in black or light gray with silver front bezel to the suggested retail price of 1,250 €, while for models with 23, 27 and 30 inches we wait for the next few months of 2010.

Among other features to be reported there is connectivity VGA and DVI, 1000:1 contrast ratio and response time of about 5ms. The 22 inch will be available from October priced at $ 249 (€ 171) while the remaining models AS191 and AS191WM will be available in November for $ 199 (€ 136) and $ 189 (€ 130), respectively.

Stress from the ECO Mode to reduce power consumption significantly, from 43W to 28W. The new NEC MultiSync EA231WMi is available for the price of $ 379 (€ 263).

The contrast ratio is 10,000:1. This can be completely and razor sharp for a huge screen experience. However, the price is also extremely powerful. Nearly 8,000 U.S. dollars, or about 5,600 euros, for the super-large display scroll added.

The Business-Grade 10.6-inch Ultraportable Netbook has been featured with the Intel GMA500 chipset, coupled with the Atom Z540 low-power processor, running at a cool 1.86GHz. Capable of withstanding a pressure of 150kg, the netbook will be available with a Windows Vista operating system. It begins hitting Japanese store shelves late in June, the Versa Pro J UltraLite Type VS will be priced at the equivalent of $1,052.
