Sony VAIO S is slim and smart laptop series with stylish design and full-flat magnesium casing. The Sony VAIO S is just 24mm thick and it weights only 1.75 kg, it running on Windows 7 Professional (64bit) pre-installed.

Sony VAIO S features a 13.3-inch (1366 x 768) display, a 2.7 GHz Core i7-2620M dual-core processor, up to 8GB of RAM, a HDD or SSD, Radeon HD 6470M or HD 6630M graphics, a DVD or Blu-ray drive, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, (3G is optional), a HD webcam, two USB 3.0 ports, and a battery enabling up to 7 hours of operation. Sony didn’t mention priced but said the new VAIO S will begin shipping in various market in March.

The Sony VAIO C featuring a new LED-backlit 14-inch (1366 x 768) display, a fresh platformof (Intel’s Huron River and five color options, boasting a translucent lid that allows for a dramatic glow effect. Sony VAIO C will debut next month, running Microsoft’s Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

Sony VAIO C comes with a 2.3 GHz Core i5-2410M dual-core CPU, up to 8GB of RAM, up to a 320GB hard drive, a Radeon HD 6470M graphics card, and a DVD writer. Also included is 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, a HDMI port (to output 2D/3D content), a multi-touch trackpad, an Exmor HD webcam, one USB 3.0 port and Dolby Home Theatre audio.

Dell has released in the U.S. its new ultraportable 12.1-inch Vostro 1220, and dedicated professionals to small business. Based on Intel Montevina platform, Dell Vostro 1220 will be sold starting at $ 799.
