The 20-inch-high ODE Level 3 has a simple and clean look. The plastic window on the right side lets you see the neatly arranged interior: Wires are routed beneath the motherboard tray, and red internal lighting shows off all your components, even in the dark. The chassis is airflow friendly, with a perforated top grate to let the hot air escape naturally, and a liquid-cooling system for the CPU (also by Corsair) and several fans also present. Ports on the top of the PC include four USB 2.0 ports and one USB 3.0 port, audio and mic jacks, and FireWire 400. On the rear panel you’ll find even more ports, including four DVI-I, two HDMI, and two DisplayPort; eight USB 2.0; FireWire 400; eSATA; power eSATA; and audio jacks. There are also two USB 3.0 ports in the back, but one is occupied by a plug connected to the front-panel port with a pass-through cable. This is common, as cases don’t commonly connect those ports to motherboard headers, but it’s still an awkward and unattractive solution.

D-Link Xtreme N DIR-685 Router – Digital Frame

In itself a WiFi router that supports the 802.11n protocol that integrates a digital frame with 3.2 inch screen is nothing new, but D-Link wants to surprise us with this Xtreme N DIR-685. The router it also acts as a NAS (Network Attached Storage) with support for protocols UPnP ® and BitTorrent ™ in addition to traditional FTP.

All this is made possible by new technology called D-Link SharePort that uses the USB protocol over TCP / IP, allowing users of the wireless network to share in a transparent manner, the devices connected to USB ports on the router, such as printers, scanners, or hard disk outside. Currently no known price and availability.

Pentax K-7 Digital HD Video Camera

Pentax has finally given the official announcement of K-7 will be available in July. The sensor is confirmed, 14.6 megapixel CMOS. The body is magnesium alloy and the DSLR is capable of recording HD video to 640 × 416 pixels, 720p (1280 × 720 pixels) and a 1536 × 1024 pixels at 30 fps, a resolution with an aspect ratio of 3:2 .

HDR integrated function, or the ability to record an image three times with three different exposures to create one perfectly exposed picture is confirmed. The K-7 body is only available in July at a price of $ 1,299.95 and will be compatible with all Pentax lenses.

Pentax W80 Rugged Digital Camera

Take Hart in the water, dust and shock resistant, the new Pentax Optio W80 digital camera – and probably the indestructible digital camera in the world. Pentax Optio W80 Rugged Digital Camera featuring a 12.1-megapixel sensor capable of recording 720p video at 30 frames-per-second. Integration of shock-resistant materials throughout the internal components protects against drops from heights of more than three feet without damage to the body. The camera also works in temperatures down to 14 degrees Fahrenheit.

Users can view shots on a 2.5-inch high-brightness LCD monitor with an anti-reflective coating that minimizes glare. The camera also features a Digital Wide function that creates extra-wide-angle images from two separate captures, while a D-Range setting helps prevent against overexposed or underexposed images.

The W80 provides a 5X optical-zoom lens, while the digital zoom extends out to 31.3X. An automatic macro mode allows users to capture subjects from distances as close as one centimeter. Pixel Track SR is designed to reduce image blur when capturing still images, without adding ISO noise. A high-sensitivity mode automatically raises the ISO setting to ISO 6400 in low-light conditions.

While recording video, the camera utilizes the Movie SR system to automatically compensate for shake. An underwater mode optimizes the colors for submarine shooting, while 20 digital filters add special effects to still images.

The Optio W80 will be available in red, blue or gray colors beginning in July for $300. Customers can also purchase a protective skin for $17 or a wrist strap for $20.

Kodak EasyShare S730 Digital Frame

Kodak recently announced the release of the markets EasyShare S730, a digital frame that shows a simple look without too many frills. The unit has a 7-inch diagonal, the 1GB of internal memory is expandable using a USB flash drive to put into the slot and you can play music and video, unfortunately lacks the WiFi connectivity but as a strong point we can include the Picture Finder feature that lets you insert images into categories to make easy and quick search.

Kodak EasyShare S730 will be available on the European market at a price of $ 207, equivalent to around 148 euros.

Olympus E-P1 DSLR Camera

Olympus E-P1 Digital Camera: The first digital SLR camera format Micro 4 / 3 from Olympus. It has a consciously retro but compact design that allows a large DSLR sensor and removable lenses but without the depth needed with a conventional mirror box or large optics. In a unique touch, Olympus supplements the digital viewfinder with the choice of an optical add-on viewfinder.

The 12-megapixel camera still has many of the features of its better cameras in spite of its size and, like Panasonic’s Lumix GH1, can shoot 720p video for up to the 2GB file limit of AVI, or about 7 minutes, and brings stereo audio.
