The Sony VAIO P features an 8-inch display with a resolution of 1600×786 pixels and LED backlight, an Intel processor at 1.33GHz, up to 60GB of hard drive storage or a 128GB solid state drive, and Windows Vista Home Premium or Home Basic OS.
The very wide screen resolution indicates that the VAIO P is most likely a long 9.5 x 4.5-inch mini-notebook that has been recently tested by FCC. The device features Bluetooth, 802.11n WiFi, and mobile broadband support, according to FCC’s tests. We have no information on pricing and availability date at the time of this writing.
