Sony introduces five new Blu-ray recorder, BDZ-EX200, BDZ-RX100, BDZ-EX50, EX30, and the BDZ-BDZ-RS10. Apart from the smaller model (BDZ-RS10), equipped with a digital tuner, all other models are equipped with two digital tuners and capacity of hard disks ranging from a maximum of 2TB in a minimum of 320GB.
The new devices include a new CREAS 2 Engine with enhanced video quality and better support for up-scaling, a new and improved Dynamic VBR for video recording. The model to 2TB (BDZ-EX200) will be available towards the beginning of November, while the remaining models will be available from September. There are no immediate reports about the prices.
