Hey I have no idea if this is somewhere where i can ask questions but I just got this exact phone today and the usb chord that comes with it will not dowload the samsung CDMA technologies (?) properlyto my computer, it says ‘ the hardware was not installed because the wizard could not find the proper software’. Why is this, and is there a way to get it to work properly? Thanks
