HTC Hero Android Phone uses a Qualcomm MSM7200A CPU at 528MHz, runs a heavily customized version of Android, has 512MB of ROM and 288MB of RAM. Overall dimensions of the phone are 4.41-inches x 2.21-inches x 0.57-inches and it weighs 4.76 ounces.
The phone has a 3.2-inch TFT-LCD screen with a resolution of 320 x 480 and touch sensitivity. The phone operates on HSPA and WCDMA networks at 900MHz/2100MHz and quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks. Other features include a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 1350mAh battery food for up to 470 minutes of GSM talk time. The phone will hit the U.S. later in 2009 and Europe in July.
