MSI Wind Top AE1900 All-In-One Eco-Friendly PC: The PC bundles a dual-layer DVD writer, integrated Wi-Fi, a 4-in-1 multicard reader and 1.3-megapixel camera into its small form factor. A gigabit Ethernet port and four USB ports are also included. Noise emissions at idle are said to be just 26dB. Thanks to an included SoftStylus program, users can enter data by “hand-writing” on the screen of using the virtual keyboard.

The PC main features are, built-in 18.5-inch touchscreen with 1366×768 resolution, while processing power comes from a 1.6GHz Atom 230 CPU and 1GB of RAM. Graphics processing comes courtesy of an integrated GMA 950 chipset. The standard 2.5-inch, 160GB or optional 250GB hard drive is preloaded with Windows XP Home operating system. MSI claims the AE1900 consumes 80 percent less energy than a traditional desktop PC, and no more than 50W of power at full operation.

Pricing for the MSI Wind Top AE1900, which ships with a matching mouse and keyboard, begins at $529. The basic layout of the PC can be pre-ordered now at Amazon. A more expensive version, with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom 330 CPU and 2GB of RAM, will be released later, though pricing information is not yet known.
