iLuv iEP505 provide in-line volume control for MP3 players and will soon be upgraded to include navigation controls for the recently released iPod shuffle. That’s good news for those of us that don’t like to be controlled by the whims of the shuffle at all times! The iEP505 earphones and these are definitely slick. The design is sleek and these earphones provide something to the iPod shuffle that has been notably missing–controls!
The earphones themselves possess drivers that are meant to improve frequency range and audio reproduction. The price point is pretty decent at $50 and you have your choice of several stylish color options including black, white, pink, red and blue. However, only black is available at the moment. The rest of the colors will be available in the second quarter.
